School Educational Expeditions in Morocco :
School Expeditions are fast becoming a popular and highly beneficial way of exposing youth to the world and to volunteering for the benefit of others. Morocco is an ideal place to broaden the horizons of youth as Moroccans are famous for their hospitality, we have many areas that are in need of help, and it is an extremely safe country.
In order for a project to be successful there needs to be excellent management of the project and the project leaders need to understand the culture in which they are working so as to achieve the best outcomes possible, our team is 100% Moroccan and we are in touch with all of the communities in need of development?
The school expeditions we provide are balanced between assisting local communities with needed projects and providing new developmental experiences.
Each expedition we offer averages 8-10days, but if you have a request just ask us and we will accommodate you to the best of our abilities..
Itinerary :
The Highest peak Toubkal
Jbel Toubkal is the highest mountain in North Africa, reaching 4167m. The team's objective will be to summit this mountain. This trek is available all year.
Explore Ouirgane
Ouirgane its green fields in the high atlas with culture and lot of olives trees and traditional salt mains you can have same very nice trekking/ walking: hiking in ouirgane as part of 5 days expedition aerial, also you have horseback riding or mules .
Amezmiz
Teams will follow a low level circular route around the villages and valleys of Amezmiz. You will be able to get a more remote trekking / walking experience and better opportunities for cultural. This trek is available for all year round.
Merzouga desert trek
Teams can travel to the desert at merzouga as part of a 6-days or 8-days expedition in the sahara desert. Accompanied by camels, teams will trek out onto the sand dunes in the evening, camp overnight in a Berber nomadic camp, and the next days also trekking.
The Dades Gorge trek
Teams will travel over the Atlas Mountains passing through tizi n'tichka (2660m) and a lot of traditional Berber villages and trek in the roses Valley. This trek is available all year round.
Jebel Sahro
Jebel Sarho it's not a viable in summer time, marks the beginning of the Sahara desert. It lies between the High Atlas Mountains and the edge of the Sahara Desert. It is an extinct volcano situated to the south of the Atlas Mountains and Dades Gorge. Jutting up out of a region full of very It's inhabitants,. The best times of year to visit Jbel Sarho is in the spring and fall, in the summer it gets scorching hot and there is no water to be found anywhere
M.t M'Goun Mountains
The M'Goun massif and valleys offers some of the best trekking / walking in Morocco high atlas, as well as fantastic local architecture and local villages of Ait bougmez. This remote area is visually very distinctive, being composed of long crested ridges, escarpments and deep and beautiful gorges.
Jebel Siroua
Jbel Sirwa lies in between the High Atlas and the Anti Atlas Mountain Ranges. It is an extinct volcano surrounded by isolated villages, massive gorges and great scenery that rises up to 3304m/10,843ft. It is a mere 50km from Jbel Toubkal but the scenery is dramatically different with interesting rock formations including rocky escarpments, it is difficult trekking to ascend the summit but well worth the effort .
